Level 1 Food Hygiene & Safety for Catering is a beginner-friendly online course by iKooK Culinary Academy, designed to introduce learners to the basic principles of safe food handling.
This course is suitable for anyone who handles, prepares, stores, serves, or works around food. It is ideal for beginner culinary students, kitchen assistants, food vendors, caterers, home-based food business owners, and anyone planning to work in a food environment.
